Montgomery County is seeking a vendor to provide, install, operate, and maintain vending machines and micro‑market kiosks across multiple county facilities. The contract requires new‑production, ADA‑compliant equipment, continuous stocking of fresh brand‑name products meeting specific nutrition guidelines, electronic payment processing, and rigorous service standards (weekly inspections, 10‑day servicing, 24‑hour response to service calls, 48‑hour replacement guarantee). The vendor must also manage a commission payment system to the County, handle voucher refunds, and submit monthly transaction reports.
• Install approximately 20 drink machines, 15 snack machines, and 4 micro‑markets at locations such as the Courthouse, Annexes, Detention Facility, Youth Facility, Probate offices, and Sheriff’s firing range.
• Provide full‑service operations including stocking, maintenance, compliance with nutrition and ADA standards, and 24/7 video surveillance for micro‑markets.
• Deliver a $25,000 performance bond, required insurance coverage, and E‑Verify enrollment within 10 days of award; monthly commission payments to the County on the 15th of each month.
