Description
The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide VetPro software user licenses to the Texas Veterans Commission as part of the STS IT Commodities program. The IFB requires a Subcontracting Plan for bids of $100,000 or more. Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed Subcontracting Plan or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.
• The solicitation is being advertised under Gov’t Code Section 2155.067.
• Only responses to solicitations for items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an Award.
• The value of the contract is estimated to be $75,735.00.
