Wynnefield Library Catering

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide catering services for an event at the Wynnefield Library. The event is scheduled to take place on February 24, 2026, and the vendor is expected to deliver and set up all food no later than 90 minutes prior to the event start time. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary service items, including plates, cups, eating and serving utensils, napkins, condiments, racks, and heating fuel. The estimated attendance is 60 people, and the vendor must provide food quantities based on 1.5 servings per person.
