Signs and Sign Hardware

The City of Encinitas is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a broad range of municipal signs and sign hardware on an “as‑needed” basis for a two‑year period, with two optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must meet California sign standards, deliver within tight timeframes, and carry substantial insurance. This is a firm‑fixed‑price, unit‑price contract with no price escalations during the base term. • Provide traffic, street‑name, specialty, and other municipal signs complying with CA MUTCD and CALTRANS specifications. • Supply related hardware (break‑away posts, anchors, rivets, brackets, etc.) and ensure F.O.B. Destination delivery within 14 calendar days (7 days for rush orders). • Maintain a California C‑45 (or A) contractor license, carry required insurance, and perform at least 50 % of the work with its own workforce; subcontractors must meet the same standards.
