The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the salaries and compensation of Judicial Branch personnel, including recommendations for potential adjustments to ensure equitable and competitive compensation practices. • The vendor will work with the LRC team and representatives from the Judicial Branch of Government to develop a compensation philosophy.
• The vendor will review the pay of each position and review the job descriptions to see if they accurately reflect the work each position is expected to perform.
• The vendor will provide recommendations that properly place positions within the compensation plan, based on the positions' job duties, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• The vendor will review the Judicial Branch of Government’s current overall compensation practices and make recommendations for improvement.
