Boiler Maintenance & Repair

The Naval Submarine Base New London is seeking a contractor to provide boiler maintenance and repair services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a one-year base period and four option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, management, materials, supervision, tools, facilities, transportation, and equipment necessary to deliver the services. The evaluation factors for award will be price, corporate experience, and past performance. • The contract will require the contractor to perform work at the Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. • The contractor will be required to provide a minimum guarantee for the base period. • The contractor will be evaluated based on their corporate experience, past performance, and price. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor with the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal.
