Description
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for its re-irrigation water quality ponds and landscape irrigation systems. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, ad hoc repairs, and replacement of parts as needed. The contract will be for an initial term of 24 months, with the option to extend for up to three additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to have experience with similar systems, provide a single point of contact, and have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. Some key requirements include:
• Providing routine maintenance and repair services for the ponds and irrigation systems
• Replacing parts and equipment as needed
• Performing ad hoc repairs and emergency repairs
• Providing documentation of all work performed
• Meeting with City staff to discuss work plans and schedules
• Coordinating with City staff to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
