Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide reference laboratory services for the Roseburg VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide urgent and emergent laboratory testing services, as well as blood banking and anatomic pathology services. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and follow the VA's privacy guidelines for information system security.
• The contract is for a period of 4 years, with a maximum capacity of $350,000.
• The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the requested tests.
• The contractor must also provide methodology and ranges for results on any tests requested, and ensure that all tests are performed to the satisfaction of the Roseburg VA Healthcare System.
• The contractor will be paid on a firm-fixed-price basis, with payment made within 30 days of receipt of a proper invoice.
