Custodial and Day Porter

The Village of Schaumburg is seeking proposals for custodial and day porter services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the required services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The village is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality services, meet the needs of the village, and demonstrate experience working with municipalities. • The vendor will be responsible for providing custodial services for various village buildings, including the temporary village hall, prairie center for the arts, and public safety building. • The vendor will also be responsible for providing day porter services, including cleaning and maintenance of village facilities. • The village is looking for a vendor that can provide a detailed scope of work, including a description of the services to be provided, the equipment and supplies to be used, and the personnel to be assigned to the contract. • The vendor will be required to provide certificates of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process.
