QIAxcel Connect System

The USDA, APHIS, PPQ is seeking to acquire a QIAxcel Connect System for the NIS Molecular Mycology Lab (MML). The system will replace traditional, labor-intensive gel analysis of DNA via a fully automated, high-throughput system that reduces working time and human error and increases quality of results. The system includes various components such as the QIAxcel Connect SYS-DFUL-1, QIAxcel DNA Screening Kit, QX Alignment Marker, QX Size Marker, QX Nitrogen Cylinder, and QIAsphere Package B. • The system must be able to reduce working time and human error and increase the quality of results. • The system must be fully automated and have high-throughput capabilities. • The system must include all necessary components, such as the QIAxcel Connect SYS-DFUL-1, QIAxcel DNA Screening Kit, QX Alignment Marker, QX Size Marker, QX Nitrogen Cylinder, and QIAsphere Package B. • The system must be shipped to the USDA, APHIS, PPQ at the specified address.
