The County of Siskiyou is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide full‑service design, engineering coordination, and construction‑administration for a new 27,500 SF three‑story outpatient behavioral‑health and substance‑use‑disorder facility in Yreka, CA. The scope includes schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting assistance, and on‑site construction administration through the projected 2029 completion date. The award will be based on qualifications, approach, experience, references, and cost.
• Deliver schematic, design‑development, and construction‑set drawings for a 27,500 SF wellness center with ~136 parking spaces.
• Coordinate with the County, a Consulting General Contractor, and MEP consultants; ensure compliance with California Building Code, DHCS licensing, and trauma‑informed design principles.
• Provide monthly construction‑admin services (site visits, RFI and change‑order review, payment‑application verification) through Dec 2029.
