Project Name: Gotham/Vanderbilt Health Dental Suite (PLA/Union) Owner: NYCH+H Architect/Engineer: NK Architects Project Description: Interior renovations of approx. 2,450SF. The space is on the second floor of the facility. It currently is made up of exam rooms, toilets, play areas and waiting. The new space will be a new dental suite. The project will include selective demo, metals, architectural woodwork, applied firestopping and sealants, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, framing and drywall, tiling, resilient flooring, painting, signage, cubicle curtains and tracks, wall and door protection, toilet, bath and laundry accessories, fire protection specialties, window shades, countertops, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electric. Project Labor Agreement: The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA.
