Description
The U.S. Embassy in Koror, Palau is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telephone services, including GSM and data services, for a period of one year. The contractor will be required to provide complete mobile telephone services, including mobile telephone equipment, calls within Palau, international calls, international roaming, wireless application protocol, SMS messaging, voice mail, and 24-hour customer service. The contractor must also ensure that the connection through its network is of the highest quality possible and is uninterrupted, clear, and with no static. The contractor will be paid on a monthly basis for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed.
