The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to remove an obsolete Data Aire HVAC unit from the MDF room of Skyline Center and install a new STULZ CyberAir vertical floor‑mounted cooling system, including all related chilled‑water, high‑ and low‑voltage, and control‑system integration work. The scope also requires disposal of the old unit, procurement of permits, and on‑site training for city staff. • Remove and properly dispose of existing Data Aire HVAC unit. • Supply and install STULZ CyberAir CFD‑053‑D2W‑W‑IT system with full chilled‑water piping, insulation, and high‑voltage disconnect. • Integrate the new unit with the existing ETROL 360 building‑automation system and provide factory start‑up and client training. • Perform all necessary permits, high‑/low‑voltage work, and provide shop drawings for review prior to ordering. • Submit a sealed proposal by 3 March 2026, including certifications, insurance, references, and a notarized non‑collusion affidavit.
