Description
This contract awards an on‑call, as‑needed hazardous material and waste removal service for Caltrans across nine Bay‑Area counties. The selected contractor must supply all labor, equipment, permits, disposal fees, and related incidentals, and be able to respond quickly to both standard and urgent service requests. The work includes removal of drums, containers, oil, solvents, batteries, PCB, sump cleaning, roadside bio‑hazard cleanup, provision of recycling bins, and quarterly reporting. The contract is limited to certified small‑business, micro‑business, or DVBE firms and requires a full suite of environmental, safety, and labor certifications.
