Description
The Washtenaw Community College seeks bids to supply and optionally install a complete fountain system for the pond adjacent to the Morris Lawrence Building. The scope includes a 5 HP aerating fountain, LED RGBW lighting, power and lighting cabling, manifolds, weighted tubing, and all required accessories, shipped FOB destination to the campus. Vendors must provide itemized pricing, tax‑exempt handling, references, warranty, insurance, and a signed signature page. The college may elect to handle installation itself or contract the vendor for installation services.
• Required equipment: 5 HP aerating fountain (≥ 20 ft spray, ≥ 400 GPM), LED RGBW lights (min 4), 6 dual‑disc manifolds, 1,110 ft tubing, 325 ft power & lighting cables.
• Deliverables: complete equipment list, itemized cost (including shipping), optional installation cost, project timeline, vendor references, warranty, insurance, and signed signature page.
