HVAC Service

The Nevada State Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide HVAC services for the Computing Facility/Governors Technology Office. The contract is expected to be for a four-year term, with an anticipated start date of May 15, 2026, and an end date of May 31, 2030. The scope of work includes general requirements, boilers, chillers, air handlers, fan coil units, cooling plate exchanger, pumps, valves, and motor controllers. Vendors must provide their own equipment, manuals, and tools, and replacement parts must be new, equipment manufacturer-approved, and of equal or better quality and reliability. • The vendor must provide emergency on-site service, available 24/7, with a maximum of a two-hour response time. • The vendor must provide a copy of the technicians' training certificate prior to commencement of the requested work. • The vendor must follow Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operation and maintenance manuals for all maintenance. • The vendor must document all work and quotes, and submit them to the Facilities Mechanical Unit.
