Description
The City of Columbus, Department of Technology is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of Autodesk Software Suite licensing and support. The contract will provide for the purchase and delivery of Autodesk software licensing and support for a period of one year, with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The City is seeking authorized Autodesk partners or distributors, or those able to provide Autodesk solutions. Bidders must provide documentation of their relationship with the manufacturer and meet certain requirements, including providing references and evidence of authorized deal/reseller partnership.
• The contract will include existing licenses and new licenses for various Autodesk software products, including Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection and AutoCAD.
• The City reserves the right to request quotes for alternate or additional products and services.
• Bidders must submit firm or fixed prices, FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid, and Allowed.
• The City will use the requirements of this section to determine if each bidder meets the minimum standards to be considered a responsible bidder.
• The contract will include an Equal Opportunity Clause, which prohibits discrimination against employees or applicants for employment.
• The City will use the Vendor Services portal for communication and registration.
