Charter Bus Services

Lewisville Independent School District is seeking proposals for charter bus services to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation for district students and staff. The services may include athletic events, field trips, academic competitions, extracurricular activities, overnight and out-of-state travel, and special events. The vendor shall provide charter transportation services, licensed and qualified drivers, vehicles that meet all applicable federal, state, and local safety standards, dispatch and communication support during all trips, ADA-accessible vehicles upon request, and emergency response and contingency support. • The initial term of the contract is from June 2026 to June 2028, with two optional renewals, each consisting of a two-year term. • The district reserves the right to extend the contract for up to 90 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district. • The vendor must submit a catalog or price list with the proposal, and the district reserves the right to review and approve any changes to the pricing. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to health and safety, and must certify that they will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract.
