The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified firm to produce a new, web‑publishable, WCAG 2.1 Level AA‑compliant Multiple Property Documentation Form (MPDF) for historic bridges across the state, updating the 1997 “Historic Roadway Bridges of North Dakota” MPDF. The effort includes historical research, bridge inventory updates, preparation of a National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nomination, coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office, and a final presentation to the Historic Preservation Review Board. Key deliverables include a draft MPDF, an example NRHP nomination, monthly progress reports, and a final approved MPDF ready for online publication. The contract is a fixed‑price lump‑sum (hourly rates removed) with a ceiling of $300 k and runs roughly June 2026 – May 2027.
