As Needed Commercial Door Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Corona Utilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide city‑wide, as‑needed commercial door maintenance and repair services. The contract will be an “as‑call” arrangement covering preventive inspections, emergency repairs, routine adjustments, and part replacements for a variety of commercial door types across all City facilities. The contractor must hold a current California C‑61 Limited Specialty license with D28 classification, meet CARB fleet compliance, maintain extensive insurance, and comply with prevailing‑wage and safety regulations. The award is expected to be a multi‑year (up to 4 years) agreement with a base estimated value of $75‑100 k. • Perform preventive maintenance, bi‑annual inspections, and rapid emergency response (≤ 30 min phone, ≤ 2 hr on‑site). • Service a wide range of commercial doors – metal, wood, automatic operators, fire‑rated, ADA‑compliant, rolling, sliding, overhead, etc. – while adhering to California prevailing‑wage statutes. • Provide detailed service call reports, written quotes before work, and maintain certified payroll, insurance, and CARB compliance for all fleet vehicles.
