Description
The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for annual physical exams for approximately 340 firefighters. The exams will be conducted at the Henry County Fire Department's Training Facility. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the exams. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew annually.
• The bidder must provide a detailed price breakdown for each exam component, including physical examination, chemistry screen, lipids, urinalysis, thyroid, complete blood count, and audiometric testing.
• The bidder must have experience providing similar services to large groups, such as firefighters.
• The bidder must be able to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to conduct the exams.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to worker's compensation and medical services.
