Description
The City of Ridgeland, Mississippi, is seeking bids for the construction of the Colony Park Boulevard Water Distribution Improvements project. The project includes the construction of a water main and all related items of work. The total contract time is 180 consecutive calendar days, and liquidated damages will be $700 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The bid submission deadline is March 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The project is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the Environment Protection Agency's State and Tribal Assistance Grant Program (EPA-STAG).
• The project is subject to federal domestic preference requirements, including the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements and the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).
• The project will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with EPA-STAG Program Regulations.
