Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Automated External Defibrillator (AED) maintenance and service program. The scope of work includes inspection, maintenance, and repair of AEDs, as well as loaner services and regulatory compliance. The vendor must be familiar with the ZOLL AED Plus operator's manual and program management of AEDs. The contract is expected to commence on March 18th, 2026, and extend until December 31st, 2027, with the possibility of continuation under the appropriate Statewide Contract. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing AED maintenance and inspection services
• Ensuring regulatory compliance for deployed AEDs
• Providing loaner services
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Coordinating with EEA Facilities and other stakeholders
