Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide equipment, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, and services necessary to perform remedial maintenance, preventative maintenance, service reports, and repair emergency repairs for 10 3-ton Bards and 6 4-ton Bards at Building 1503/1508 and bi-annual preventive maintenance for one Mitsubishi City-Multi ACCU at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center, Bldg 1503 & 1508, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly PM four times a year and repairing the HVAC system to include major end items and subcomponents. The contractor will also be required to respond to emergency requests within two hours and restore the HVAC system to its full operational capability within six working hours.
Some key requirements include:
• Performing PM services four times a year
• Responding to emergency requests within two hours
• Restoring the HVAC system to its full operational capability within six working hours
• Providing an equipment assessment report within two working days after completion of PM
• Obtaining approval from the COR prior to purchasing and replacing parts
• Providing a revised written work plan and schedule to the COR
• Preparing and submitting a written repair report to the COR within two working days after repairs are completed
