Description
The Queen Anne's County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids for the lease and operation of concession stands at three park locations: Route 18 Park in Centreville, Church Hill Park in Church Hill, and Old Love Point Park in Stevensville. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies to operate the food snack bar, including family-friendly food items, hot and cold beverages, snack items, and confectionaries. The concession stand must be open and operational during all times designated by the Department of Parks and Recreation.
• The lease term is for 3 years with a possible 1-year renewal.
• The minimum bid amounts are $1,500 for Route 18 Park and Old Love Point Park, and $1,000 for Church Hill Park.
• The bidder must attend a pre-bid meeting on November 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
• The bidder must provide liability insurance and a certificate of insurance for Workman's Compensation.
• The bidder must comply with all County laws, rules, and regulations relating to public health and business operations.
