Automated Teller Machine Services

The City of Lubbock is seeking proposals from interested firms to provide Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services at the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport and the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. The selected provider will be the City's exclusive provider of ATM services within the public areas of the City's facilities. The contract term will be for one year with the option of four one-year extensions. The City is looking for a provider that can offer competitive ATM service fees and generate the highest revenue for the City. The proposal should include the provider's experience, qualifications, and ability to perform the duties proposed. Some key requirements include: * Five years of experience in providing ATM equipment and service in a similar environment * Placement of up to five ATMs within the City's facilities * Ability to adjust cash levels within ATMs to meet the needs of high-demand events * Ability to remotely monitor the operational status of each ATM and initiate maintenance when required * Any service deficiency or outage shall be addressed within four hours of notification, seven days a week.
