Web Content and/or Mass Notification System

The 1GPA is seeking a web content management system and/or a mass notification system solution for its members. The system should provide a secure, accessible, and scalable platform to efficiently create, organize, manage, publish, and maintain web content, as well as support real-time distribution of alerts and informational messages to staff, students, and the community. The solution may be proposed as a cloud/SaaS, hosted, or on-premises deployment model, and related services such as implementation, training, maintenance, and ongoing support are included. • The web content management system should have features such as an intuitive user-friendly interface, reusable templates, multi-site capabilities, centralized management of images and documents, role-based access controls, and multilingual content support. • The mass notification system should have features such as rapid scalable notification distribution, audience segmentation, two-way communication capabilities, and multi-channel delivery. • The solution should be accessible, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. • The contractor should have experience in providing similar solutions and services to public sector clients. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the solution, pricing, and implementation approach.
