Response Management Software and Dispatch

The City of Fulshear is seeking a vendor to provide Response Management Software and Dispatch services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a customer engagement portal, utilizing an algorithm to ensure proper response, providing dispatch and scheduling capabilities, and providing objective documentation of response activities. The vendor will also be required to provide supplemental dispatch support services, including answering emergency and non-emergency calls after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
