PWP CL-2026-273) Addendum 3 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - HIGH MAST LIGHTING AT VGT

The Clark County Department of Aviation is soliciting bids for the construction of high mast lighting at the North Las Vegas Airport. The project involves relocating a wind circle to a new location and replacing existing lights on existing light poles with new LED lights. The contract is subject to the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in Department of Transportation financial assistance programs. The owner has established a DBE goal of 2.5% of the contract amount for the base bid. • The project requires compliance with the Federal provisions, including Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension, and Governmentwide Requirements for Drug-free Workplace. • The contractor must furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a payment bond for 100% of the contract price. • The contract is anticipated to be awarded on May 19, 2026. • The bid documents and specifications are available for inspection at the Department of Aviation, Harry Reid International Airport, Contracts Office. • The bidder must supply all the information required by the bid documents and specifications, including a bid guarantee equivalent to 5% of the bid price.
