EV CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Riverside seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive professional consulting services for the planning, design, permitting, utility coordination, procurement support, construction‑phase administration, commissioning, and close‑out of electric‑vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across multiple municipal sites. The consultant will not perform the physical construction but will deliver all design documents, manage the construction process, and ensure successful activation of the charging stations. • Scope covers site assessments, conceptual through 100 % design, utility studies, permit applications, bid package development, construction‑management oversight, testing, training, and final documentation. • Requires a California‑licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (Electrical) and at least five years of relevant experience. • Contract is a three‑year professional services agreement with two optional one‑year extensions (up to five years total). • Work will be performed at 19+ City‑owned facilities (water treatment plants, libraries, parking garages, airport, etc.) throughout Riverside County. • Evaluation will weight qualifications, methodology, references, and price; all proposals must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids by the deadline.
