Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), Central Purchasing Division, is seeking responses from potential Suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Technical Assistance Providers to support Education Preparation Providers (EPPs) participating in the TeachForwardOK initiative. State Agencies and Affiliates may also utilize this contract on an as-needed basis. The contract will include two main services: Educational Advisory Services and Data Analytics Consulting Services.
• The contract is for a fixed term, including optional renewal terms.
• The bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term of the contract.
• The bidder guarantees unit prices to be correct.
• Travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, must be included in the total bid price.
• The State of Oklahoma reserves the right to determine a bidder’s financial status and to withhold award to a bidder who is not deemed financially responsible.
