Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) installation

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA is seeking a contractor to provide Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) installation. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Hirsch products and provide proof of supply line as new items. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The project duration is approximately 456 days, from 09 Feb 2026 to 30 Apr 2027. Some key factors that will be evaluated include: • Price • Delivery • Verification of Authorized Distributor/Reseller/Partner • Proof of supply line as new items The contractor must also comply with various Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses, including those related to payment, invoicing, and subcontracting.
