Description
The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals for a time and materials contract to provide regularly scheduled maintenance of all fire systems in the city, including wet sprinklers, dry sprinklers, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, kitchen hoods, and special hazard systems. The contract will also include maintenance and replacement of these systems.
• The city uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet Direct.
• Proposals are due electronically on BidNet Direct before 2:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026.
• A pre-bid conference has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Smyrna City Hall, HR Conference Room.
• All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026, to Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager.
