Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide bread and dairy products to FCI Berlin. The contract will be for a period of 90 days, from January 2, 2026, to March 31, 2026. The contractor will be required to deliver the products to FCI Berlin, and the government intends to make multiple awards based on pricing per line item. The evaluation factors will include price, past performance, and timeliness of deliveries.
• The contractor must demonstrate a consistent record of on-time deliveries and a track record of delivering complete and accurate orders.
• The contractor must provide documentation supporting any brand name descriptions.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity, labor, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the products.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a valid DUNS number.
