Pre-Solicitation for DIR RFP 16628 for Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) Courts

The California Department of Technology (CDT) and the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) are seeking feedback on the draft RFP for the Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS) Courts. The pre-solicitation includes a draft version of the RFP, attachments, and exhibits. Interested vendors can review the documents and provide feedback using the provided feedback form. The State is seeking vendor feedback on the entire draft RFP, including all attachments and exhibits. The project includes the development of an Electronic Adjudication Management System for the Courts. • The system should meet the functional and non-functional requirements outlined in Exhibit B. • The system should be designed to meet the needs of the Courts and the DIR. • The system should be scalable and flexible to meet future needs. • The system should be secure and meet all applicable security requirements. • The system should be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
