STERIS - Instrument Management Services

Consistent with Chapter 862 of the Laws of 1990, the agency name below requested an exemption from initially publishing this contract opportunity in the procurement opportunities newsletter, i.e. the NYS Contract Reporter. In accordance with Section 144(2)(e) of the Economic Development Law, the Office of the State Comptroller has granted the exemption. This Exemption Request allows us to contract with STERIS - Instrument Managment Services. SUNY Upstate Medical University currently has a contract in place under Contract Number C505597. The Agreement term dates run from October 1, 2021 through to September 30, 2025. SUNY Upstate and STERIS will be amending the contract to increase the compensation amount to match the increase in volume throughout the contract term thus far.
