Ticket Level Expansion & Optimization

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a respondent to provide design and construction services for the Ticket Level Expansion & Optimization project at Tampa International Airport. The project aims to meet ticket counter growth requirements, provide an optimum level of service for airlines and passengers, and explore innovative technologies to enhance passenger flow. The scope of work includes renovating the existing interior ticket level, constructing new baggage belts, and incorporating self-service bag drop positions. The respondent will be required to submit a response that includes their organizational structure, key and support personnel, experience in comparable projects, and approach to the project. • The project involves design and construction phases with multiple milestones and deadlines. • The respondent must have experience in design and construction of comparable projects. • The project requires the incorporation of innovative technologies to enhance passenger flow. • The respondent must provide a detailed approach to the project, including planning, programming, and quality control services. • The respondent must meet the minimum qualifications, including completing a Design-Build or CM@Risk project as the Prime Contractor.
