Description
The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is seeking a yoga instructor to provide yoga instruction services. The contract is anticipated to be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price, Base plus 4 option Years. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699 – All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction with a size standard of $16.5M.
• The contractor shall provide yoga instruction services as outlined in the attached Draft SOW.
• The contractor shall have the capability to fulfill this requirement.
• The contractor shall provide estimated market research pricing along with their response to the RFI.
• The contractor shall be available under any Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC), Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), National Acquisition Center (NAC), GSA Schedule, Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and/or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
