Transit Drug and Alcohol Program Services

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Transit Drug and Alcohol Program Services. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive drug and alcohol testing program for MoDOT's transit employees, including random testing, post-accident testing, and reasonable suspicion testing. The program must comply with federal regulations, including those set by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). • The vendor must have experience in providing drug and alcohol testing services to transportation agencies. • The vendor must have a network of collection sites throughout Missouri, including at least one site in each of the state's 114 counties. • The vendor must be able to provide testing services 24/7, including holidays and weekends. • The vendor must be able to provide electronic reporting of test results and other program data. • The vendor must be able to provide training and technical assistance to MoDOT staff and transit agency personnel.
