Annual Contract for Background Screening Services

Tarrant County is seeking a vendor to provide background screening services for prospective employees and employees of external vendors. The selected vendor will be awarded a 12-month contract with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The vendor must provide services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The scope of work includes providing criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, financial checks, and miscellaneous background screenings. The vendor must also provide a website for Tarrant County representatives to request background checks and must have security measures in place to prevent information theft. • Background screening services for prospective employees and employees of external vendors • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Provision of a website for background check requests • Security measures to prevent information theft • Ability to provide local background checks within 48 hours and non-local background checks within 5 days • Ability to provide background checks that meet all required parameters without additional fees to Tarrant County
