The METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking a modern, integrated Finance, Payroll, and optional Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to replace its current outdated systems. The new system should provide seamless automated integration between disparate software platforms, improve data accuracy, and enhance the overall customer experience. The system should also include key features such as an employee portal for self-service and automated operator timekeeping for payroll. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best overall bid meeting the minimum requirements. • The system should be able to handle finance and payroll functions for a fleet of approximately 127 fixed-route vehicles. • The system should be able to integrate with existing software platforms such as scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance. • The system should be able to provide real-time data and reporting. • The system should be user-friendly and have a low learning curve for staff. • The system should be able to handle optional HRIS functions.
