Description
Fulton County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified providers for the monthly printing, inserting, mailing, and electronic delivery of water and sewer bills for the Finance Department. The scope of work includes ensuring timely and accurate production and delivery of invoices and correspondence to utility customers, reducing costs, minimizing mailing delays, and maintaining accuracy of piece counts. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years.
• The Proposer must have experience in printing, inserting, mailing, and electronic delivery of utility bills.
• The Proposer must be able to provide a solution that allows for expedited changes to forms and envelopes.
• The Proposer must be able to provide reporting on documents as they move through the printing, insertion, and mailing processes.
• The Proposer must be able to provide an interface for final proofing of bill records prior to release.
• The Proposer must be able to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
