DCR Challenge Coins

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting bids for the provision of Challenge Coins for the Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation Facilities. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year renewal options. The vendor must provide premium military-grade quality coins with shiny gold plating, epoxy on both sides, and diamond cut edging. The coins must meet specific design and color requirements as shown in Exhibit B. The vendor must also provide a fully finished sample coin for evaluation and approval. • The contract items include DCR Challenge Coins, DCR Facility Challenge Coins, and artwork fees for facility-specific coins. • The vendor must accept orders through wvOASIS, regular mail, facsimile, email, or any other written form of communication. • The vendor must deliver standard orders within 30 working days and emergency orders within 7 working days. • The vendor must provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the Agency showing the items purchased, quantities, and total dollar value.
