Description
The National Park Service is seeking bids to replace the HVAC system in the Bromide House at Chickasaw National Recreation Area. The existing system is a Lennox 13GEP36075ALP-2A, 3-ton unit with 60,000 BTU output. The new system should be equal or better than the existing one. The project includes replacing the HVAC unit, but not the ductwork. The project is expected to start on 03/01/2026 and be completed by 04/17/2026.
