Replacement Time and Attendance Human Resources and Payroll System

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking a comprehensive Time and Attendance System to replace its existing UKG Workforce Central System. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing, configuring, and implementing the new system. The City also invites offerors to optionally propose replacing its ADP Workforce Now Human Resources and Payroll System with a new unified system. The new system must meet all human resources, payroll, and time and attendance requirements and be fully implemented by February 1, 2027. • The system must be fully implemented by February 1, 2027. • The City's NEOGOV system will be maintained as-is and will not be considered for replacement. • Offerors are expected to bring a copy of all Solicitation Documents to the Pre-Submission Meeting. • The Pre-Submission Meeting is optional but strongly encouraged.
