Edwards Hemosphere Monitors Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and repair services (including software support) at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and inspection (PMI), corrective maintenance (CM), and repair services for eleven government-owned Edwards Hemosphere Monitors at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services. The contractor will also be responsible for providing emergency repairs as needed. The contract period will be for one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor must be a Total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must provide emergency repairs as needed. • The contract period will be for one year, with options to extend for up to four additional years. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
