Statewide Data Spine

The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a Statewide Data Spine, which will serve as the foundational data infrastructure to integrate, standardize, and enable secure exchange of multi-source data across clinical, claims, community, workforce, and public health systems to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing the Data Spine. Key features of the project include: • Integrating data from multiple sources • Standardizing data formats • Enabling secure data exchange • Supporting the Rural Health Transformation Program The vendor will need to have experience in data integration, standardization, and security to be successful in this project.
