Description
The project involves the construction of a new 40’ x 80’ pre-engineered metal shop building, including the demolition and removal of the existing shop and haybarn. The project also includes optional bid items such as a 40’ x 20’ three-sided extension, interior slab drain system, exterior concrete slab, and completed restroom. The contractor will have 120 calendar days to complete the project.
• The project requires a bid bond of 5% of the total bid price.
• The contractor must include a bid schedule, bid bond, and W9 with their bid.
• The project is subject to addendums, which must be acknowledged by the bidder.
