Description
The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) seeks a TEA‑approved provider to deliver comprehensive leadership coaching, professional development, and a customized instructional‑leadership dashboard for its principals and campus supervisors. The contractor will design and implement a data‑driven dashboard, provide campus‑based and executive coaching, and supply all related materials, travel, and staffing for a one‑year contract term. Services must be fully inclusive of costs and align with EPISD’s goals of improving math outcomes, implementing the Blue Bonnet curriculum, and strengthening instructional leadership capacity.
• Design, develop, and train users on a customized instructional‑leadership dashboard.
• Provide on‑site and virtual coaching for principals, campus leaders, and their supervisors.
• Deliver professional‑development sessions, coaching resources, and leadership tools.
• Manage all logistics (travel, lodging, materials) within a single contract price.
• Must be a Texas Education Agency LIFT‑approved organization.
